Questions? Call  (628) 264-6380  |  Email  sf@pinkcloverflorist.com Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long do flower boxes last?Flower box arrangements typically last 3–5 days. Because the flowers are arranged in floral foam rather than a vase, they hold slightly less water — but with proper care they stay beautiful. How do I care for my flower box?Your arrangement comes with a Floralife flower food packet: ✦ Dissolve the Floralife packet in 100ml of water ✦ Slowly pour it over the floral foam every 2 days to keep it moist ✦ Do NOT transfer the flowers to a vase — the foam holds the arrangement ✦ Keep away from direct sunlight, heat vents, and drafts ✦ Avoid placing near fruit Can I customize the colors or flowers?Yes! Add your preferences in the order notes at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate based on seasonal availability. Do you offer same-day delivery in San Francisco?Yes — we deliver same-day across San Francisco & 20-mile radius, including Pacific Heights, SOMA, Mission District, Noe Valley, Castro, Oakland, Berkeley, Daly City, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Fremont, Hayward, Millbrae, South San Francisco and more. What is the latest I can order for same-day delivery?Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM PDT. Is a flower box a good gift?Absolutely! Flower boxes are gift-ready — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and any special occasion.
