Lusty Monk "Burn In Hell" Chipotle Mustard

Our fresh-ground mustard mixed with the smoky bite of chipotles and spiced to perfection. Put it on grilled chicken, mix it in with some sautéed potatoes, slather it on a sandwich, add it to your favorite deviled egg recipe. KEEP IT COLD TO KEEP IT HOT! Please keep in the refrigerator, even before opening.  We have confirmed that it will remain safe throughout the shipping process, but it's going to be its best mustardy self when kept in the fridge.  Some facts from the Lusty Monk team: Mustard in the refrigerator?  Why? Two words: Volatile oils.  Fresh-ground mustard has a potent kick that comes from these precious oils.  To preserve that kick, we keep Lusty Monk in the refrigerator. Will it go bad if it's at room temperature? No.  If it's left at room temperature for a few weeks, it will mellow out just a tad.  But to keep it at its freshest, spiciest, lustiest level of potency, we recommend refrigeration. WE KEEP IT COLD TO KEEP IT HOT!
