Red and Blue Medallion Paisley Bow Tie with Pocket Square Option

This red and blue medallion paisley bow tie brings serious color to the collar without drifting into novelty territory. The design mixes a vivid red base with electric blue, magenta, purple, and dark navy-black ornamental details, giving the pattern a bold formal look with a little bite. The medallion layout keeps everything structured, while the paisley-inspired detailing adds movement and personality. It is a strong choice for anyone who wants a men’s bow tie that feels sharp, expressive, and dressed with intent. Wear it with a clean suit for weddings, prom, cocktail parties, formal dinners, gallery events, or any event where a plain bow tie feels too quiet. Why You’ll Love It This bow tie has strong visual energy without looking messy. The red and blue contrast makes it stand out, while the medallion paisley pattern keeps the look polished. The color mix works with classic suits, darker evening outfits, and more creative formalwear. It gives you room to dress bold without needing a loud jacket or shirt. You can choose the version that fits your routine: self-tie for a more personal, natural bow shape, or pre-tied for quick, consistent styling. The pocket square option makes it easier to finish a suit or sport coat when you want a more coordinated look. Three Purchase Options Option 1: Single Self-Tie Bow Tie Best for traditional dressers who like the character and slight imperfection of a hand-tied bow. Option 2: Single Pre-Tied Bow Tie Best for fast dressing, group events, prom, weddings, travel, and anyone who wants a clean bow shape without tying it. Option 3: Bow Tie and Pocket Square Set Best for weddings, groomsmen, formal photos, dinner jackets, and full suit outfits. The set can be styled with either the self-tie or pre-tied bow tie option. Shirt Recommendations White Dress Shirt The strongest all-around pairing. White keeps the red, blue, purple, and dark details crisp, making it ideal for weddings, prom, ceremonies, and formal dinners. Light Blue Dress Shirt A smart match that connects naturally with the blue in the pattern. Wear this with navy, charcoal, or light grey suits for daytime weddings, receptions, and polished social events. Pale Pink Dress Shirt A more expressive pairing that works well with the magenta and purple tones. This is a good choice for cocktail parties, spring events, engagement photos, and creative dress codes. Light Grey Dress Shirt A clean modern option that tones down the brighter red while keeping the outfit sharp. Great with charcoal, black, navy, and deep blue suits. Black Dress Shirt Best for a moodier evening look. Pair it with a black, charcoal, or deep navy suit for dinner parties, theater nights, gallery openings, and holiday events. Suit Recommendations Navy Suit The easiest match. Navy works naturally with the blue and dark details while letting the red stand out. Strong for weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and prom. Charcoal Grey Suit A sleek pairing that makes the bow tie feel more dramatic. Wear this for cocktail parties, formal dinners, evening ceremonies, galas, and holiday events. Light Grey Suit A fresh choice for daytime occasions. Light grey gives the red and blue pattern room to pop without making the outfit feel heavy. Black Suit Best for evening events and creative formal settings. The bow tie adds color and pattern while the black suit keeps the overall look controlled. Royal Blue or Cobalt Suit A bolder pairing for confident dressers. Keep the shirt white or very light blue so the suit and bow tie do not compete. Shoe Recommendations Black Oxfords Best with black, charcoal, royal blue, and deep navy suits. Choose these for formal ceremonies, evening events, prom, and sharper dress codes. Dark Brown Oxfords or Derbies Best with navy, light grey, and medium blue suits. A polished option for weddings, receptions, and daytime formal events. Oxblood Dress Shoes A strong match for the red, purple, and magenta tones. Wear them with navy or charcoal suits for cocktail parties, fall weddings, and formal dinners. Cognac Brogues or Loafers Best with light grey or medium blue suits when the event is dressed up but not overly strict. Great for rooftop parties, daytime celebrations, and semi-formal gatherings. Best Events to Wear It This bow tie works well for weddings, rehearsal dinners, groomsmen outfits, prom, homecoming, cocktail parties, gallery openings, theater nights, holiday parties, graduation ceremonies, engagement photos, formal dinners, and creative black-tie optional events. It is especially useful when your outfit needs color, pattern, and personality while still looking clean and intentional. Styling Notes Keep the shirt solid and let the bow tie carry the pattern. White, light blue, pale pink, light grey, and black shirts are the safest styling lanes. With the pocket square, use a straight fold for formal events or a soft puff fold for weddings, cocktail parties, and creative occasions. Avoid pairing it with another loud pattern near the face.
