This kit comes with 9 tuning forks in a velvet pouch with a 20 page instruction manual. "The Solfeggio/Holy Harmony™ Tuning Forks contain the 9 tones that are frequently referred to as the "Original Solfeggio Scale". When sounded individually or with each other, these tuning forks create a powerful field of frequencies for health and balance. When sounded around the body, many people report profound healing and prayerful meditation experiences. Crafted out of the highest grade aluminum, these tuning forks are unlike any scales or sounds found on the earth. Each set comes in a beautiful protective velvet pouch for storage and travel." - from Healing Sounds Approximate Fork Measurements: 174 Hz: Length: 9.75" / 25 cm Weight: 3 oz / 84 g 285 Hz: Length: 8" / 20 cm Weight: 2.4 oz / 68 g 396 Hz: Length: 7" / 18 cm Weight: 2.1 oz / 59 g 417 Hz: Length: 7" / 18 cm Weight: 2.1 oz / 60 g 528 Hz: Length: 6.5" / 16.5 cm Weight: 1.9 oz / 55 g 639 Hz: Length: 6" / 15.5 cm Weight: 1.8 oz / 50 g 741 Hz: Length: 6" / 15.5 cm Weight: 1.7 oz / 49 g 852 Hz: Length: 5.5" / 14 cm Weight: 1.6 oz / 46 g 963 Hz: Length: 5.25" / 14 cm Weight: 1.6 oz / 44 g Note: These tuning forks are made of aluminum, which is a soft metal, great for harmonics and sound healing. Because of this softness, you might find the occasional small mark or scratch. The fork isn’t damaged, nor is the tuning off. It can happen during packing by the manufacturer, or during shipping and handling. We provide safe storage and great care when handling them.
