PRIMER LUMINARY NAIL SYSTEMS - COMMIT PRIMER

COMMIT PRIMER: Are you ready to Commit? Even though Luminary Multi-Flex gel has amazing adhesion properties, there are still reasons to this primer. Every client is different, and some require more insurance that their gel stays where you put it! For a soak-off gel manicure, apply it to the free edge, capping the nail. For an overlay or other enhancement application that you will be backfilling, apply 2 coats (letting each layer dry completely) of Commit before gel application. ATTENTION: Due to high propensity to evaporate, this flammable product is very hard to ship, especially in warm or hot weather! Your bottle may arrive "half-full", but this is just physics  - and there is nothing we can do to remedy it! Comes in 2 sizes: 15ml Bottle with brush and 8oz (236ml) backbar refill bottle.
