What is Lumae Soothe used for, and when should I apply it? Lumae Soothe is a gentle, skin-safe mist made with Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), designed to support the skin’s natural recovery process. It’s ideal for use on minor skin irritations, after shaving or waxing, and as part of daily hygiene for skin that needs a little extra care. Apply it any time your skin feels irritated, sensitive, or in need of a refresh. Can I use it on cuts, scrapes, or cracked skin? Lumae Soothe is suitable for use on minor cuts, scrapes, and dry, cracked skin. It’s formulated without alcohol, fragrance, or harsh chemicals, making it a gentle option for cleansing and refreshing sensitive areas. It’s important to note that while Lumae Soothe can be used to clean and soothe, it is not intended to treat or heal any medical condition. Does it help soothe razor burn or irritation after waxing? Lumae Soothe can be sprayed directly on the skin after shaving or waxing to help reduce visible irritation and discomfort. Its clean, non-stinging formula makes it ideal for calming freshly shaved or waxed skin without causing additional dryness or sensitivity. Is it safe for fresh tattoos or piercings? Lumae Soothe is commonly used as a gentle cleansing mist for fresh tattoos and piercings. It is alcohol-free and non-irritating, which makes it a safe option for keeping those areas clean as they go through the normal recovery process. However, always follow your artist’s or piercer’s aftercare instructions first. How does it support skin recovery or healing? Lumae Soothe helps maintain a clean surface and supports the skin’s natural ability to recover by minimizing exposure to external irritants. While it doesn't treat or heal wounds, it provides a gentle way to care for compromised skin without introducing harsh or drying ingredients. Will it sting when applied to open wounds or irritated areas? Lumae Soothe is designed to be non-stinging and well-tolerated, even when used on broken or sensitive skin. Unlike many conventional products, it’s alcohol-free and pH balanced to closely match the natural environment of the skin. Can I use Lumae Soothe on my hands and feet? Lumae Soothe can be used on dry, cracked, or irritated skin on the hands and feet. It’s especially helpful during colder months or after frequent handwashing, when skin can become rough or uncomfortable. Simply mist the area and allow it to air dry or gently pat in. How often can I use it throughout the day? You can use Lumae Soothe as often as needed. It’s safe for frequent use and can be reapplied multiple times a day to keep skin feeling calm, clean, and refreshed.
