LUMAE FRESH

What is Lumae Fresh, and how do I use it on produce? Lumae Fresh is a rinse-free produce wash made with Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), designed to clean fruits, vegetables, and other fresh foods. To use, simply spray directly onto your produce, allow it to sit for a few seconds, and either let it air dry or gently wipe away any visible dirt or residue. There’s no need to rinse - it’s that easy. Do I need to rinse fruits or vegetables after using it? No, rinsing is not required after using Lumae Fresh. The formula is made with clean, food-safe ingredients and can be left on produce without affecting taste or texture. However, if preferred, you can always give your produce a quick rinse or pat dry after spraying. Is it safe for leafy greens, herbs, and delicate produce? Lumae Fresh is gentle enough for use on leafy greens, herbs, berries, and other delicate fruits and vegetables. It’s a non-toxic, alcohol-free alternative that won’t harm the texture or appearance of softer produce when used as directed. Can I use it after grocery trips or before storing food? Absolutely. Lumae Fresh is perfect for spraying on produce right after grocery shopping or before placing items into the fridge. It helps remove surface residue from handling and packaging, making it a simple step in keeping your food prep cleaner and more mindful. Does it remove pesticides or wax from store-bought items? Lumae Fresh helps loosen and remove dirt, surface residue, and light coatings commonly found on store-bought produce. While it may assist in reducing certain surface materials, it is not guaranteed to remove all pesticides or waxes. For thick wax coatings, gentle scrubbing may still be helpful. Can I use it on cutting boards or kitchen tools? Yes, you can spray Lumae Fresh on cutting boards, peelers, and other food-related surfaces as a quick-clean step. It’s a simple way to keep kitchen tools fresher between deep cleans. Just spray, wipe, and let dry. Is it safe to use around raw food prep? Lumae Fresh is safe to use during raw food preparation. It’s non-toxic, food-safe, and made without harsh chemicals, so you can feel confident using it around ingredients that don’t require cooking. How is Lumae Fresh an eco-friendly alternative to other produce washes? Lumae Fresh is made with just three simple ingredients, water, salt, and Hypochlorous Acid, and contains no artificial additives, harsh chemicals, or fragrances. It’s a minimal, biodegradable solution that supports a cleaner home and kitchen without contributing to chemical waste or single-use cleaners.
