Lucerne Sweater + Jogger Set in Newport Navy & Ivory

Meet the Lucerne Set – a sleek, soft, and versatile two-piece set that embodies the charm of Italian craftsmanship and technology – it represents our love for elevated Italian knitwear. Expertly knit in Tuscany from 100% premium cotton, the Lucerne features striped sweater detailing and contrast piping on jogger-style pants. Available in evergreen/ivory, emerald green and slate blue, slate blue/ivory, key lime/blue, celestial light blue/sapphire stripe, ivory/sky blue, green/blue, and of course this beautiful navy/ivory, it’s designed for all-year wear and suitable for both genders.  Fit & Design Details: The Lucerne runs true to US sizing, but if your child is in between sizes, we recommend going up one size for longer wear and additional length.  Perfect for any occasion, the Lucerne transitions effortlessly from playground to dinner, pairing well with sneakers or loafers. The classic, crew-cut sweater and joggers can mix and match with wardrobe staples or Bea Colette favorites like the Ravello cardigan or Como cable sweater. Lightweight yet cozy, it’s ideal for summer evenings or layered during winter. Inspired by founder Meghan’s favorite knit sets for traveling, the Lucerne combines timeless style and comfort. Every design includes a subtly embroidered BC logo, adding a discreet, playful touch. Each piece is handmade by artisans, so no two products will be exactly alike, adding to their unique charm. Story Behind Our Elevated Italian Knitwear: The Lucerne and the Bea Colette collection were created by founder Meghan to fill a gap in the children’s market for elevated, supremely soft knitwear with modern, versatile silhouettes. Designed for toddlers and older children, these durable pieces transition effortlessly from lounging at home to dining out. Lightweight and suitable for year-round wear, they are made to withstand washes and be passed down through generations. In 2024, Meghan partnered with an Italian manufacturer to produce luxurious, functional knits that balance fashion and practicality. Each piece is inspired by destinations that have shaped Meghan’s personal style, offering timeless designs that make dressing children easier for fashion-forward families. Care instructions: Our recommendation is to wash on delicate and lay flat to dry; do not put garments in the dryer. In our experience, the garments get softer with each wash; we have not observed any shrinkage.
