1 Inch Interlocking Trimless Square Mesh Replacement Plate | Trimlux Collection | Luxrite LR25471

Ensure a flawless, crack-free drywall installation for your micro-aperture lighting system with the 1" Interlocking Trimless Square Mesh Replacement Plate. Identified by product code LR25471 (Ordering Code: LED/ITLMD1/SQ/MESH), this essential structural plaster frame is engineered specifically for the 1" Interlocking Trimless Square LED downlight family (such as the LR25470 module). Finished in a clean white (WT) coating, this precision mesh flange provides the critical structural bonding surface required to compound, tape, and mud a square downlight entirely flush into a drywall ceiling layout, eliminating visible outer trim borders. Measuring exactly 4.25" in length by 4.25" in width, the plate features a dedicated 2.44" x 2.44" square cutout aperture that lines up perfectly with the fixture's housing. The perforated outer mesh wing design allows drywall joint compound to keys through the plate's structural pores, locking the mounting assembly firmly to the sheetrock. This heavy-duty interlocking mesh grid absorbs micro-movements and seasonal thermal expansion within the ceiling framework, effectively protecting the surrounding plaster from spiderweb cracking, flaking, or pulling away from the raw aperture edge over time. Engineered for Clean High-Volume Architectural Installations: Constructed from flat, low-profile rigid steel alloys, this mud-in mesh rim replacement ensures the raw ceiling plane remains perfectly flat without introducing unwanted high spots or bulges during the taping phase. Distributed in high-volume contractor packs, it gives residential dry-wallers, commercial electrical crews, and luxury hotel builders a dedicated, exact-fit replacement component to restore damaged frames or prep extensive multi-light ceiling grids with total structural confidence. Key Features: Tailored 1" Interlocking Integration: Tailored precisely to mate with 1" square interlocking trimless recessed lighting modules and drywall templates. Perforated Plaster Mud-In Ring: Perforated layout allows joint compounds to key deeply through the plate, creating a high-strength permanent bond. Anti-Cracking Structural Framework: Disperses localized ceiling vibrations and thermal stress to prevent cosmetic sheetrock cracking along the square edge. Flawless Low-Profile Depth: Thin, rigid structure sits flat against standard drywall sheets, minimizing the compound feathering distance needed for a flat finish. Bulk Commercial Case Packaging: Shipped in wholesale project pack cases of 100 units to fully accommodate large-scale layout footprints across premium jobsites.
