Low Tide Hoops by Satomi Studio

Slightly different on each side, these hoops were inspired by the ocean tides. Cast in recycled brass, with sterling silver posts and backs. Energy and precision unite in the natural world. Kristina Kada's handcrafted jewelry is inspired by this vital balance. Kristina pairs centuries-old Japanese tradition with modern designs in brass, sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold. Starting with a pencil sketch, Kristina translates her ideas into metal using classic fabrication techniques like soldering, piercing, forging and wax carving to meld freehand elements with her original castings. She makes it a priority to use reclaimed metal and source responsibly mined gemstones whenever possible. Satomi Studio rests on the quiet coastal cliffs of Santa Cruz, California. Each piece is designed and meticulously crafted by hand. By wearing these unique pieces, you carry the eager spirit of Satomi Studio with you.
