Look, I’d love to say USPS is a flawless institution, but I’m not in the business of lying to you. As good as they are, sometimes things go sideways. Here’s how we handle it: Lost Cards: If your card hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (longer during the holiday chaos, because USPS moves at the speed of a sleepy sloth), reach out. I’ll make it right—because I’m amazing, even if USPS isn’t. Returned Cards: If your card boomerangs back to me because you typo’d your address or forgot you moved, I’ll gladly resend it—for a $2 fee to cover postage and materials. Damaged Cards: On the rare occasion USPS decides to play soccer with your mail, it’s frustrating for both of us. Since cards aren’t insured to keep prices affordable and accessible, snap some pics and we can work with Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program to file a case. Questions? Complaints? Love letters? Shoot me a message. Additional Details - 100% Recycled Cardstock - Designed, Printed, and Shipped directly by me in North Carolina
