One day, he made a special heart for me and immediately I knew that I needed to make it into a quilt block. As I was designing the quilt, I wasn't sure what the name would be. I was looking through some of Aaron's papers from preschool, probably feeling nostalgic because he's growing up so fast, and I came across a little project called "My Special Quilt". Aaron wrote on his project that his quilt has a "Love Machine" and I knew that needed to be the name of the quilt inspired by my son and his creativity.
