Love and Peas 2 Pack

Love and Peas is a vegan-certified meal replacement powder from Nature’s Sunshine providing 20 g of plant protein per two-scoop serving, alongside 21 vitamins and minerals, dietary fiber, healthy fats, and a whole food ingredient blend. The 2-pack provides a 30-day supply at one serving daily. It is intended for adults who want a convenient, dairy-free meal replacement to support lean muscle maintenance, healthy weight management, and comprehensive daily nutrition. Each serving is mixed with 12 to 16 ounces of cold water and can be used as a meal replacement or a between-meal protein supplement. The protein base combines pea protein concentrate and rice protein from brown rice a pairing commonly used in plant-based formulas because the two sources complement each other’s amino acid gaps, with pea protein contributing higher lysine levels and rice protein supplying additional methionine and cysteine, together approximating a complete essential amino acid profile comparable to animal-sourced proteins. The formula includes medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) from sunflower and coconut sources, borage oil for gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and ground flax seed for omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid a multi-source fat profile that supports satiety and provides essential fatty acids. Prebiotic fiber is supplied through fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and soluble vegetable fiber, contributing to digestive health and gut flora support alongside the formula’s plant enzyme blend. The vitamin and mineral panel includes methylcobalamin as the B12 source the neurologically active cobalamin form and chromium picolinate, a well-absorbed chromium chelate that supports healthy glucose metabolism. Vitamin D is provided as ergocalciferol (D2). The whole food ingredient blend contributes phytonutrient density beyond what the isolated macronutrients and vitamins provide. Cranberry powder, broccoli powder, blueberry powder, carrot powder, black bean powder, and grape seed extract collectively supply polyphenols, anthocyanins, glucosinolates, and proanthocyanidins plant compounds associated with antioxidant defense, cardiovascular support, and healthy inflammatory responses. Grape seed extract in particular is standardized for its oligomeric proanthocyanidin (OPC) content and has been studied for its role in supporting vascular health and cellular antioxidant capacity. Sweetened with steviol glycosides (Rebaudioside A) and luo han guo extract, the formula contains no artificial sweeteners and is designed to be low in added sugars. The combination of 20 g of protein, fiber, prebiotic support, and a whole food micronutrient foundation makes Love and Peas well-suited as a functional meal replacement for adults managing body composition goals or seeking a nutritionally complete dairy-free alternative to whey-based protein powders.
