Choose the dobby system you prefer for your Octado loom. The mechanical dobby comes with program bars. Set up your treadling sequence with pins in the bar's holes, numbered to match the shafts. The pins control shaft movement as you weave your design. The electronic dobby will give you almost unlimited harness combinations using a computer and WIF software from Fiberworks PCW, Patternland, Weavemaker, Weave It, WeavePoint or Pro Weave.
