From the 1950s onward, hooded sweatshirts with front zippers became widespread, offering improved ease of wear. Garments from this period are characterized by so-called “separate pockets,” patch pockets placed on both sides, and hood drawstrings set at asymmetrical positions, allowing the hood to overlap deeply when tightened. This season's hooded sweatshirt focuses on these older, more intricate details, from before the design was simplified, extracting and reconstructing them with careful attention. The garment is pigment dyed after construction, creating seam highlights and uneven tonal variations reminiscent of vintage wear. 100% cotton. Hand wash, line dry. Made in Japan.
