Longpoint - House Plan

The Longpoint is the perfect 3 bedroom farmhouse ranch for those looking to build with a budget.  A 2 car side facing garage includes a mechanical room and storage closet and leads directly into a central mud room. The mud room offers convenient access to the laundry room, primary bed suite and kitchen.  The primary bed suite is rear facing for privacy and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both tub and shower, and an 8x8 walk-in closet.  The kitchen features an island, dining nook and window out to the front yard. Facing the kitchen is the grand vaulted living room with dormers to let light in and optional wood beams to add character. To the rear, a 10ft sliding glass door opens up the living room to be the ultimate indoor/outdoor entertaining space with a covered rear porch. At the far end, 2 additional bedrooms each come with large reach-in closets and share a full sized sunlit bathroom.
