Lonex Ultimate Steel Ball Bearing Spring Guide – Version 2

The Lonex Ultimate Spring Guide is a critical drivetrain reinforcement designed specifically for Version 2 gearboxes. Constructed with a high-strength steel core and a precision-milled base, this guide is engineered to withstand the extreme compression forces of high-velocity springs that often snap standard plastic or composite guides. The integrated ball bearing system at the base allows the spring to rotate freely as it compresses and expands, virtually eliminating the torsional stress (spring twist) that causes friction, heat, and internal wear. This results in smoother gearbox cycling, increased rate of fire consistency, and a longer lifespan for the spring itself.  Technical Specifications: Core Construction: Manufactured from high-tensile steel for maximum structural rigidity and resistance to snapping under load. Ball Bearing Interface: Features a high-quality ball bearing base to reduce spring friction and eliminate torsional stress during the compression cycle. Base Plate Design: Precision-milled steel base ensures a flush and stable fit against the rear of the V2 gearbox shell. Durability Rating: Engineered to support heavy spring loads including M130 to M170 without deformation. Platform Compatibility: Specifically designed for standard Version 2 (V2) gearboxes found in M4, M16, AR15, and MP5 series. Surface Treatment: Polished shaft finish to minimize drag against the internal diameter of the main spring.
