Loma Prieta House Plan

A beautiful rambling mansion doesn’t adequately describe this home. It's a Mediterranean styled house originally designed for the hills of the South Oakland Bay area. Impressive from the street, this 8546 square foot luxury estate is right at home on the ten acre parcel of land it was designed to take advantage of. You will be stunned by the impressive size of the leisure room. That is until you take in the views provided courtesy of the two retreating corner walls on either side of the fireplace. They open this space up to the expansive loggia. Cooking out on the loggia’s outdoor kitchen will become your new favorite pass time. Taking a stroll on the loggia, that spans the width of the home, you have access to the grand salon or the private study. Every room is positioned to make the most of the location. A lot of care was put into designing the flow of each area of the house. Connecting them not only internally but also with exterior spaces. This blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors making you feel part of the environment. The main living areas of this home are stunning and inviting. However you’ll find very little reason to ever leave the master retreat. It features a huge master bath with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. You will spend everyday feeling pampered and relaxed. There is even a quiet, secluded sitting area just off the master retreat. And of course, you have your own, private master loggia to enjoy. You can comfortably park 5 cars with storage space to spare. And let’s not forget what’s on the second floor.  Beyond the 3 bedrooms and copious balconies, you have the ultimate in entertaining spaces. Take the elevator from the first floor up to the game room. It doesn’t matter if it is a movie night, poker night, or a billiard tournament, you are covered. The wet bar insures everyone will have a good time. Keeping with the spirit of this design, there is a balcony as well as a cigar deck for enjoying the fresh air and taking in the views. This is truly a stunning luxury estate home.
