This specific model (TITAN Classic for Mac) is optimized for macOS, iPadOS, and iOS. The key layout and shortcut printing correspond to Mac modifier keys (Command, Option, etc.). Logickeyboard also offers a Windows/PC version of the DaVinci Resolve TITAN keyboard — contact us if you need the PC variant. What is the "Classic" layout vs. other DaVinci Resolve keyboard layouts? The Classic layout covers the core DaVinci Resolve shortcut set used across the Cut, Edit, and Color pages — the most commonly used commands for the majority of editors and colorists. Logickeyboard also offers Advanced and other specialized layouts. The Classic is the best starting point for most DaVinci Resolve users. Does the backlighting illuminate the DaVinci Resolve shortcut labels? Yes. The TITAN's backlighting is designed to illuminate both the standard key characters and the DaVinci Resolve shortcut labels printed on the keys, making them clearly visible in dim editing suites and color-controlled rooms. How does Bluetooth pairing work? The TITAN uses Bluetooth 5.1 and pairs with your Mac like any standard Bluetooth keyboard. It supports a wireless range of up to 30 feet. You can also connect via USB-C at any time and switch between wired and wireless modes as needed. How long does the battery last and how do I charge it? The 1500 mAh rechargeable lithium battery lasts up to 300 hours with backlighting off, or up to 40 hours with backlighting on at the lowest setting. Charge via the included USB-C cable. The keyboard can be used while charging in wired mode. Will using a shortcut keyboard actually speed up my DaVinci Resolve workflow? Yes — for most editors, a dedicated shortcut keyboard significantly reduces the time spent navigating menus and searching for commands. Once muscle memory develops (typically within a few weeks of regular use), the speed gains are substantial. Many professional post-production studios standardize on shortcut keyboards for exactly this reason. Is this keyboard good for color grading specifically? Yes. The Classic layout includes shortcuts for the Color page, including node navigation, qualifier controls, and grade management commands. For dedicated colorists who spend most of their time on the Color page, Logickeyboard also offers a Color-specific panel — ask our specialists if you want a recommendation. How does this compare to a standard Apple Magic Keyboard for DaVinci Resolve work? The Apple Magic Keyboard has no DaVinci Resolve shortcut labels — you must memorize every command or refer to a cheat sheet. The Logickeyboard TITAN prints all 60+ shortcuts directly on the keys, dramatically reducing the learning curve and eliminating the need to look away from your timeline. For serious DaVinci Resolve work, the TITAN is a meaningful productivity upgrade over a standard keyboard. Why Ask Ergo Works for Professional Editing Tools?
