Loft Modular Configuration 2

Loft Modular Seating System, by B&T Design Studio, 2015. The Loft Modular Seating System is a flexible modular bench and lounge seating collection designed for modern commercial interiors. Created for waiting areas, break rooms, offices, lounges, reception spaces, healthcare environments, educational facilities, and other shared interiors, Loft combines clean architectural design with practical everyday function. Built around adaptable bench modules, the Loft Modular Seating System allows designers and project teams to create a wide range of seating layouts. The units are available with or without backrests, making it easy to build open bench arrangements, more supportive lounge settings, or mixed configurations for different user needs. Because apparently people do insist on sitting in many different ways, and furniture must now keep up. The system also supports side tables and power supply modules, allowing seating areas to function as work zones, waiting spaces, casual meeting points, or recharge stations. This makes Loft especially useful for offices, co-working spaces, libraries, universities, healthcare waiting rooms, airport-style lounges, and corporate break areas where people may need a place to sit, work, charge devices, or briefly escape the general circus of the day. With customizable upholstery and leg finish options, including bright or matte chrome leg colors, Loft can adapt to a wide range of interior styles and project requirements. Its modular format makes it suitable for both compact layouts and larger seating plans, while its clean silhouette keeps shared spaces organized, comfortable, and visually calm. Perfect as a modular bench seating system, office lounge seating, waiting room seating, break room seating, commercial modular seating, or reception area seating, the Loft Modular Seating System brings flexibility, comfort, and structure to high-traffic interiors. It is a practical solution for architects, interior designers, facility planners, and commercial projects that need seating with clean design, adaptable layouts, integrated table options, and modern power access.
