Direct grilling and roasting: Use the Multi-Level Cooking Grids to sear vegetables or smaller proteins on the top rack while roasting a larger cut underneath. Rotisserie perfection: Attach the 15,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner to get a juicy center with an even, crisp exterior—great for whole chickens, pork roasts, or prime rib. Low‑and‑slow smoking: Create indirect heat zones using heat zone dividers, maintain steady temperatures, and add wood chips or chunks for depth of flavor. Baking and warming: The insulated, double‑lined lid helps retain heat for baking breads, pizzas, or casseroles right on the grill. Maintenance is straightforward: rely on the Easy Slide Drip Tray to catch drippings, keep the interior lights clean for visibility during late-evening cooks, and use the natural gas setup for clean, consistent flame control with less fueling variance. In short, the Loaded Edition 40 NG is the one grill head that adapts to your outdoor kitchen dreams—whether you’re chasing the precision of a chef’s kitchen, the convenience of a versatile all‑in‑one, or the flexibility to transform your space with optional doors, drawers, and side burners.
