Use the main burners for direct grilling and searing, the rear infrared burner for rotisserie and even heat distribution, and the oven‑like capabilities to bake crusty breads or dessert treats right on the grill. The built‑in lights and knob illumination let you monitor and adjust temperatures precisely, day or night. Who is Loaded Edition 32 ideal for? Outdoor cooking enthusiasts seeking a durable, high‑function grill head that can anchor a custom built‑in island kitchen or stand alone on a cart. Home chefs who value precise heat control, reliable ignition, and features that simplify year‑round outdoor entertaining. Those who want the flexibility to roast, smoke, bake, and sear in a single, cohesive system without juggling multiple appliances. Practical tips to get the most from your grill Use the four main burners to establish a hot sear zone and a cooler area for indirect cooking when roasting larger cuts. Take advantage of the rotisserie burner for evenly cooked roasts—boost moisture and flavor with a slow, steady rotation. Keep the interior cooking lights on during night grilling to monitor temps and caramelization without guesswork. Plan for customization: pair with doors and drawers for a clean, integrated look or opt for the cart to move the grill between locations as needed. Maintenance that protects performance Routinely clean the burnout areas and the drip tray, check flame ports for obstructions, and wipe the exterior after use to maintain the pristine stainless appearance. The durable 304 stainless steel construction is built to withstand outdoor conditions, so you can enjoy consistent results and a striking addition to your backyard for years to come.
