LMEC-2A Young's Modulus Apparatus

Young's Modulus Apparatus  A very cheap type of Young's Modulus Apparatus. Within the elastic limit of an object, the stress becomes proportional to the strain. The ratio is called the Young's modulus of the material. It is a physical quantity that characterizes the properties of the material and depends only on the physical properties of the material itself. The magnitude of Young's modulus indicates the rigidity of the material. The larger the Young's modulus, the less likely to be deformed. Introduction Young’s modulus of elasticity is one of the basis for selecting materials for mechanical parts, and it is a commonly used parameter in engineering technology design. The measurement of Young’s modulus is of great significance for studying the mechanical properties of various materials such as metal materials, optical fiber materials, semiconductors, nanomaterials, polymers, ceramics, rubber, etc. It can also be used in the design of mechanical parts, biomechanics, geology and other fields. . The Young’s modulus measuring instrument adopts a reading microscope for observation, and the data is directly read through the reading microscope, which is easy to adjust and use.
