Dosage for a 5 gallon (19L) batch - ~19-29mL Overview LLZ™ is a hop-derived aroma product made from hop oil. LLZ™ imparts a bright, crisp, citrusy flavor to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It can be added at various points in the brewing process, but typically on the cold side of production. As a 1% solution in propylene glycol, it is a slightly hazy, semi-transparent solution. • Utilization Utilization will vary between customers due to differences in equipment, process conditions and the beverage being produced. • Flavor LLZTM can be used to provide a strong, distinct citrus, lemon-lime aroma to beverages. The aroma intensity varies with the quantity added. • Quality All Hopsteiner® products are processed in facilities which fulfill internationally recognized quality standards.  Packaging LLZTM is normally packaged in aluminum bottles in various sizes. LLZTM is supplied as a 1% solution in the highest quality food-grade propylene glycol carrier. Other dilutions may be available upon request. Product Use • Dosage The required quantity of LLZTM depends on the beverage type and point of the addition. For example, 10 ppm LLZTM active in seltzer water is sufficient to give an immediately recognizable flavor. Actual additions will depend on the intensity of aroma desired. • Application LLZTM can be added at different stages of beer/beverage production. Dosing equipment which pumps the product into the beer stream is preferred for the addition of LLZTM but not required due to the product’s water solubility. Shake bottle well before use.
