A fabric's grade reflects how complex it is to manufacture, not how good it is. Intricate patterns, detailed weaves and the extra care needed to match patterns across cushions take more time and material to produce, and that is what adds to the cost. Every fabric in the collection is a high-quality outdoor performance fabric chosen by Lloyd Flanders, so a Grade A fabric is just as durable and well made as a Grade D. Grade A is included in the price. Higher grades add the upcharge below, which is shown automatically when you pick a fabric.
