Little Book "The Infinite" 2025 Release Straight Whiskey, Batch #2

A bold and contemplative whiskey that pushes the boundaries of traditional American whiskey blending, Little Book “The Infinite” 2025 Release Batch #2 delivers remarkable depth, spice complexity, and textural nuance. Crafted for those who seek power without imbalance, it’s rich and layered with a seamless integration of fruit, oak, and baking spice — an expression that rewards slow sipping and thoughtful exploration. Origins & Craftsmanship Part of the acclaimed Little Book Project, this 2025 release — Batch #2 — reflects the creative vision of fifth-generation whiskey maker Freddie Noe and the extended blending ethos established by the Noe family. Rather than conforming to a single mash bill or age statement, The Infinite celebrates blended straight whiskeys drawn from a curated assembly of barrels with distinctive character and aging profiles. Barrels are selected for their complementary strengths: some bringing rich corn sweetness and molasses depth; others offering rye-spice lift, toasted oak, and lingering finish. These components are married without chill filtration and bottled at high proof, preserving natural texture and intensity. The result is a whiskey that feels both expansive and purposefully composed — a bridge between classic bourbon warmth and rye-accented complexity. Batch #2 continues the project’s tradition of small-batch excellence, with each batch carrying its own signature while maintaining the series’ overarching identity: robust flavor, meticulous blending, and expressive richness. Tasting Profile Nose: An inviting aromatic presence with rich caramel and toffee, black cherry compote, and a sweep of baked apple and vanilla bean. Underlying herbal spice — clove, cinnamon bark, and a hint of citrus zest — adds enticing complexity before a soft oak breeze emerges. Palate: Full-bodied and layered, opening with molasses sweetness and toasted oak before giving way to dark fruit reduction, butterscotch, and brown sugar spice. Rye-influenced warmth brings peppery intensity, while gentle tobacco leaf and leather accents deepen the mid-palate without overwhelming the core flavors. Finish: Long and resonant, with enduring oak spice, lingering caramel, and soft fruit echoes that taper into a smooth, well-tempered close — warming but never cloying, with subtle layers revealed on repeated sips.
