Litsea Cubeba Our Litsea Cubeba is a wonder bar of soap. It is good for the skin, personal care, emotional well-being and for fighting infections. Yes, in addition to its beguiling lemony scent, its therapeutic effects are universal. Its potency comes from the Mountain Pepper native to Southeast Asia. It also goes by the name May Chang and is recognized as Litsea Cubeba in essential oils due to the plant’s little yellow fruits that resemble peppers or “cubebs.” The aroma might be compared to lemongrass only with a finer, sweeter scent.
