LITLG - DK Twist Semi Solid

This beautiful yet sturdy yarn has lots of smooth softness. It is a wonderfully structural yarn with good stitch definition. It is a heavier yarn weight similar to worsted weight. This hand-dyed yarn comes to us from Ireland. LITLG uses yarns from farms using ethical practices. They embrace slow living, care, and quality in everything they do and their gorgeous yarns reflect that in both quality and beauty. **We also carry DK Twist in variegated colors. This DK is just so wonderful to wear. One of my favorite cowls is a combination of DK Twist and Bosa and it is unbelievably warm and cozy and it's just gorgeous to look at too!  The semi solid colors are rich and have a wonderful glow to them. The yarn strand is very consistent, and the twist creates a lovely even fabric.  Of course it's a perfect compliment to the variegated colors providing endless possibilities!!  This yarn is the ultimate squishy yarn. It is unbelievably soft. As someone who has a hard time wearing wool next to my skin, I can honestly say that I have no problems whatsoever with this particular yarn! If you are the same, you should definitely try this yarn for your next garment or accessory. And did you notice the colors it comes in? LITLG has an amazing eye for mixing colors and creating variegated and semi solid yarns that are truly breathtaking.  local_laundry_serviceWashability
