Customizable Lift: Achieve significant lift with the bleach powder and select the oxidant strength that suits your lightening needs. Vibrant Tone Maintenance: Violet Shampoo neutralizes brassiness, keeping blonde and gray hair looking cool and fresh. How to Use: Mix: In a non-metallic bowl, combine L3VEL3 BondFusion Bleach Powder with the desired L3VEL3 OXI Oxidant (10 vol, 20 vol, or 30 vol) based on your technique and preference. Apply: Evenly apply to dry hair, ensuring the bleach powder stays in place with its low-swelling formula. Process: Leave on for up to 50 minutes, checking regularly to achieve the desired lift. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly and shampoo hair. Tone: Use L3VEL3 Violet Shampoo to maintain a clean, cool tone and enhance the vibrancy of your lightened hair.
