Lini 910 Labrusca Lambrusco Riserva

Lini 910’s Labrusca Lambrusco Riserva is a reference point for how complex Lambrusco can be when handled with care. This Riserva is crafted primarily from Salamino and Ancellotta, varieties that balance bright acidity with deeper, darker fruit tones. In the glass, it shows a vibrant ruby color with a fine, lively perlage. The nose is expressive with layers of ripe black cherry, blueberry, and wild strawberry mingling with notes of violet, baking spice, balsamic, and a touch of earth. On the palate, it walks the line between freshness and structure. Juicy fruit is lifted by delicate bubbles, while Ancellotta lends body, color, and a subtle tannic frame. Completely dry, it finishes clean and mouthwatering, with a savory edge that makes it exceptionally food friendly. This is not just a casual bottle of bubbles, it’s a Lambrusco with depth and pedigree, equally at home alongside rich Emilia-Romagna classics like lasagna and prosciutto as it is with grilled meats or pizza. Both convivial and serious, it captures the dual spirit of Lambrusco, a joyful sparkling red with a winemaker’s precision.
