KostaBoda: Line Wine Glass

Line Wine Glass Design by Anna Ehrner Line from Kosta Boda has been in production since 1982. The spun glass thread that is applied by hand makes the series unique – and is an excellent example of the quality and craftsmanship of Kosta Glassworks. The mouth-blown wine glass (28 cl) is perfect for white wines. Who says we need such a sharp division between celebration and everyday life? This series is born from the idea that every new day is worth celebrating. Line is mouth-blown at Kosta Glassworks and radiates the same elegance today as when the collection first saw the light of day in 1982. Then and now, the final touch – the iconic, spun glass thread that gave the series its name – is applied by hand, in proud Swedish craft tradition. Line consists of a carafe and several different glasses: wine, tumbler, martini, gin tonic, cognac, champagne, beer and aquavit.
