Available Size4.2 fl oz / 125 ml Professional RecommendationReach for Lime Refresh Tonique when shine returns a few hours after cleansing and pores look most visible across the nose, forehead and chin. The lime and citrus oils give this tonique a crisp, astringent finish that normal to oily skin usually likes, and the 125 ml bottle is generous enough to use twice a day and still spritz it over the face in the afternoon. It is the most active of the three toning steps we carry: Hawthorn Tonique is the calm, chamomile-based option for sensitive or dehydrated skin, and Mangosteen Revitalizing Mist is the middle ground — all skin types, with a softer, fruit-based character. Introduce it once a day for the first several days and watch how the skin feels ten minutes after application: comfortable and matte is the goal, tight or stinging is a sign to slow down. Two to three sprays over the whole face is enough, and you can apply it with a cotton pad if you want more contact through the oilier areas. Because citrus botanicals and daylight are a combination worth managing, wear SPF every morning and keep other strong exfoliating steps on separate days rather than stacking them. If your skin looks congested and you are unsure how to sequence a cleanser, masque and tonique together, a skincare consultation with a Beauty Ambassade professional will save you a lot of trial and error. Safety InformationFor external use only. Apply to the face and neck while avoiding the eye area, and rinse with water if any product reaches the eyes. Try a small amount on the inner forearm or along the jawline before the first full application, especially if citrus botanicals are new to your routine. Discontinue use if you notice ongoing stinging, burning or redness. Store the bottle away from direct heat and sunlight, and keep it out of reach of children. Not recommended for: Anyone with a known sensitivity to citrus botanicals, lime, lavender or essential oils. Application directly on the eyelids, lash line or inside the eye area. Broken or freshly abraded skin, skin that is sore after time in the sun, or skin still recovering from a professional exfoliation, until your provider clears you. Skin that currently looks very dry, tight or reactive — a gentler tonique suits that pattern better. Any internal use. Frequently Asked QuestionsWhen do I apply it? After cleansing and before serum. Two to three sprays over the whole face, then continue with serum and moisturizer while the skin is still damp. Finish with SPF in the morning. Can I use it again during the day? Yes. It is designed to be re-applied whenever the complexion needs a lift, over bare skin or lightly over makeup once it has set. Should I choose this or the Hawthorn Tonique? Choose this one if your skin is normal to oily and you want a fresher, more astringent finish. Choose Hawthorn Tonique if your skin looks sensitive or dehydrated and comfort matters more than mattness. Does a toner replace my moisturizer? No. This is a toning and refreshing step. Oily skin still benefits from a light moisturizer to keep the surface balanced. Will citrus make my skin more sensitive to the sun? Daily SPF is a good idea with any citrus-based routine, and with skincare generally. Apply sunscreen every morning as the last step.
