Lavender: Lavender greatly aids relaxation, sleep, pain relief, and anxiety. It is one of the most researched essential oils when it comes to pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.  Sweet Orange: Sweet Orange essential oil is a must-have in any aromatherapy kit. Its fresh, sweet scent is known to help with regulating emotions and it’s also a great oil to use for the symptomatic relief of the digestive system.  Peppermint: The sweet, fresh, minty aroma of peppermint essential oil is bright, refreshing, and  soothing. In aromatherapy, peppermint can be used to soothe discomfort, boost concentration, and battle fatigue. We recommend using this for morning sickness, tiredness, and headaches.  Rose: Rose essential oils have been known to help relieve stress, and pain during labor. Studies show using oil rose reduces anxiety by 71% in labor and only 14% of patients need local anesthesia. This essential oil is recommended during labor. Consult your dr. when using during pregnancy. Inhaler comes with one essential oil of your choosing.
