LightBurn Camera

This is a 5 megapixel (2592 x 1944) USB camera, configured by the manufacturer for use with LightBurn, and will work equally well on Windows or Mac systems. The camera uses a CMOS sensor, with automatic exposure and white balance, and a manually focused lens. Each camera comes with a lens of your choosing, and a 3.2 meter (10 foot) USB cable.  If you are outside of the US, you may be required to pay import duty on this item, as well as any additional fees assessed by the package carrier. These cameras are exactly as shown, with no enclosure. You will need to produce an enclosure or mount. These fit our small camera mount, which you can purchase from us here or download to print yourself. Also note that camera sales are final - we do not accept returns, though we will replace units that are damaged or defective. In order to determine the minimum height for the camera to see your whole laser area, use the Camera Selection Help option in the Help menu in LightBurn. It will tell you the minimum mounting height to see the entire area of your laser, given the size of it. You then measure the height of your mounting location, and choose a camera that requires about 2" less height than that. Note that there will always be a bit of image loss from un-distorting the image, so you should always err slightly toward having a little extra room. Documentation for setting up and using the camera can be found here. If you are using Windows 7, you might need to install a driver for the camera, which you can find here: https://forum.lightburnsoftware.com/t/windows-7-drivers-for-lightburn-camera/9658 We have a video walkthrough of the setup and calibration process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONnmCaoUkLQ   Full camera specs: Sensor: OV5648 1/4 Inch CMOS Focus: Manual Object distance: 180mm Interface: USB 2.0 Power: USB bus power(5V) Sensitivity: 600mV/(lux • s) Pixel Size: 1.4x1.4um Maximum Image Transfer Rate: 2592*1944@15fps S/N Ratio: 34dB Dynamic Range: 67 dB Lens Construction: 4P+IR F/No: 2.8 EFL: 3.34 mm Relative Illumination (Sensor): 70% IR Filter: 650±10nm DSP Type: HJ501 AGC/AEC/Whiter balance: Auto Fixed Pattern Noise: < 0.03% of VPEAK-TO-PEAK Module Size: 62x9mm
