LiftMaster MATDCBB3 DC Barrier Gate Operator

High-Traffic DC Barrier Gate Operator with Aluminum Cabinet and Battery Backup The LiftMaster MATDCBB3 is a high-traffic DC barrier gate operator for commercial and industrial vehicular access points. It runs on a 24VDC, 1/2 HP equivalent continuous-duty motor with a 60:1 worm gear reducer in a synthetic oil bath, opening and closing in 2.5 seconds and rated for up to 6,000 cycles per day. The MAT designation indicates a full aluminum cabinet. Two 12V 7AH batteries are included for backup operation during power outages. The MATDCBB3 is UL listed under UL 325 and UL 991 for Class I, II, III, and IV vehicular gate applications. The controller includes 8 inputs, a built-in 120V duplex outlet, and a Security+ 2.0 3-channel receiver that handles up to 90 remotes out of the box. Magnetic limit sensors monitor arm position for high-cycle durability, and on-board surge suppression provides industrial-grade lightning protection. The SAMS feature coordinates the barrier with a slide or swing gate operator to sequence traffic flow. The operator can be converted to run on solar power in place of AC input, requiring panels, a 24VDC charge regulator, and batteries sourced by a professional solar installer.
