Lifetime Support

Lifetime Support Every order from Nationwide Plants includes free Lifetime Support, giving you peace of mind long after your plant arrives. Whether you have a quick care question, need help identifying stress signs, or want guidance after planting, our team is here to help you feel confident every step of the way. Support is provided by the Nationwide Plants team of Plant Experts, who can review your concerns and offer practical, plant-specific recommendations. From watering and sunlight needs to transplant shock, seasonal changes, pruning, fertilizing, and recovery tips, we’re happy to help you give your plants the best chance to thrive. To request support, simply visit: https://nationwideplants.com/pages/support. There, you can fill out a support request with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of your plant so our team can better understand what is going on. Photos are especially helpful because they allow our Plant Experts to review the plant’s foliage, stems, soil, planting area, and overall condition. The more details you provide, the more accurate and helpful our recommendations can be. At Nationwide Plants, we want you to love your plants for years to come. With free Lifetime Support included with every order, you’re never on your own—we’re always here to encourage, guide, and support you throughout your growing journey.
