Bivy Sleeping Bag with Survival Whistle

Don’t get caught exposed when the cold hits — this Emergency Thermal Life Bivy is your ultra-light, life-saving shelter for dire situations. Whether you’re stranded outdoors, bugging out, or preparing for disaster scenarios, this compact bivy is designed to protect you and preserve your core warmth in harsh conditions. Key Features & Benefits High Reflectivity Heat Retention: Builds heat-reflective lining (usually mylar or aluminized foil) that reflects your body heat back to you, drastically reducing heat loss. This can help prevent hypothermia when every degree matters. Windproof & Waterproof Barrier: The sack provides reliable protection from wind and moisture. Keeps rain, snow, and damp ground from sapping your warmth. Ultra-Lightweight & Packable: Compresses down small so it fits into any survival kit, backpack, or emergency gear stash. Minimal bulk, maximum life-saving potential. One-Person Capacity: Designed to snugly fit a single adult (or with a sleeping pad), keeping dead air space minimal so heat stays close. Quick & Simple Use: No complicated setup — just crawl inside, seal off openings, and let the material do what it was made for: retaining heat. Ideal Uses / Scenarios In your bug-out bag, for emergency shelter when you’re hiking, camping, or traveling off the grid. For vehicle kits — if your car breaks down, this gives you a last-resort layer of protection. Disaster prep: earthquakes, storms, flooding, or any event where warmth and dry shelter become urgent. As a backup sleeping solution: even experienced outdoors people often carry a bivvy sack to layer over a sleeping bag if temperatures drop unexpectedly. Considerations & Performance Because it’s a “thermal/mylar emergency bivy,” it’s best used for short periods—overnight or in urgent situations—rather than as a daily shelter or long-term sleeping system. Condensation can build up inside such sacks, since the shiny inner lining reflects heat but isn’t always very breathable. It’s better than getting soaked or hypothermic, but expect some moisture when used extensively. Size matters: ensure it’s long enough for the user, especially if wearing clothes or boots inside. Weighing only 4 oz. and packing down small enough to fit in your pocket, this emergency bivy sack unfolds to a full 70 in. × 25 in. size for one-person use. Made from waterproof, windproof, heat-reflective mylar, it retains up to 90% of body heat and features a bright orange exterior for high visibility in rescue situations. Color: OD Green
