Dried Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Also known as Sweet Root. The root of licorice, cut into about 1/4 in pieces for herbal tea and blending. Licorice, which is native to Southern Europe and parts of Asia, is traditionally chewed for its sweet, soothing pulp.
