Aloha Specialties Li-Hing Mango Jam

As children growing up in the islands, we always looked forward to “mango season.”  The limbs of the mango trees would be bowed, begging to be picked. We would eat some of the fruit immediately after washing, then take our bounty home to be prepared in a variety of mouthwatering dishes.  Our personal favorite with made with li-hing seasoning. The perfect balance of “not too sweet and not too sour” flavors produces a winning combination. Try it!  7.5 ounce jar REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING Ingredients: Sugar, Mangos, Water, Lemon Juice, Pectin (pectin, dextrose, citric acid, sodium citrate), Red Li Hing Mui Powder (prune, sugar, aspartame, licorice, vanilla, Red 40, Yellow 5). Manufactured in a facility that uses shared equipment with eggs.
