1/4" Male NPT Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve 95-125 PSI

1/4" Male NPT Standard 95–125 PSI Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve With Unloader This replacement air compressor pressure switch is a reliable, standard-duty pressure switch designed to control system pressure between 95 and 125 PSI. It includes a 1/4" male NPT air inlet on the bottom with a 1/4" compression port on the side for an optional unloader line. A manual on/off lever is built into the housing for added convenience. If your system doesn't use an unloader, the side unloader connection can remain unused and will not affect any other function of the switch. The 1/4" female NPT inlet can also be adapted to a male connection using a common pipe nipple if needed. Key Features: Pressure Cut-In/Cut-Out: 95 PSI on / 125 PSI off (adjustable +or- 25 PSI; avoid exceeding this range for best performance) Bottom Inlet: 1/4" Male NPT (1/4" NPT measures approx. 1/2" in diameter) Unloader Port: 1/4" compression fitting (The outside of the tubing connecting to this valve should measure 1/4" OD) On/Off Control: Integrated manual lever Dimensions: 3.65" (L) x 3.25" (W) x 3.2" (H) Electrical Compatibility: 120V AC – up to 20A 240V AC (single phase) – up to 12A 240V AC (three phase) – up to 9.6A 32V DC – up to 8.6A 120V DC – up to 3.1A 240V DC – up to 1.6A 12V DC - up to 15A For higher amperage AC systems, this switch should be used with a magnetic starter. In such setups, the pressure switch signals the starter to control the motor, allowing all heavy current to be handled externally by the starter and protecting the internal contacts of the switch. This will also help the life span of the electric motor.
