The Concubine

A strange sound penetrates the forest, drawing the attention of the grazing harem of elk. The majestic old bull maintains a cautious but confidant stance while his youngest mate, his concubine, strikes a timid pose as she is introduced to his herd. "Wildlife Art" sums up Luke's art best (it also has featured his art on its cover): "With the vigor and brushstroke of an impressionist, Frazier has caused a sensation with animal painting that seems well beyond his years. He paints to remember wilderness when he cannot escape into it."
