Level 1 Technologies H-2 | H-1000 Fluid Warmer System

The Level 1 H-1000 Fluid Warmer System is a rapid in-line blood and I.V. fluid warming device designed for use in surgical and critical care settings. It utilizes a safe circulating water heating system to efficiently warm fluids to near body temperature before administration, helping to prevent hypothermia in patients undergoing surgery or trauma care. The system is designed for compact, pole-mounted operation and uses single-use disposable sets for hygienic, efficient workflow. Key Features: Rapid In-Line Warming: Delivers blood and I.V. fluids at approximately 40°C for effective patient warming during transfusion or infusion. Safe Circulating Water Heating: Maintains a water bath at about 42°C, inherently free of “hot spots” for consistent and safe fluid warming. Disposable Sets: Single-use sets with a unique “hands-off” gas vent to remove micro-bubbles released as fluids warm, reducing air embolism risk. Compact Design: Sturdy, custom I.V. pole mount setup for space-saving and flexible integration into clinical environments. Temperature Control: Primary set point at 41.7°C ± 0.3°C; over-temperature safety cutoff at 43.9°C ± 0.1°C. Easy Integration: Includes flanking I.V. pole brackets for additional equipment, such as pressure infusers or pumps. Power & Capacity: Operates on 100 VAC, 50-60Hz, 12A; distilled water reservoir capacity of 0.3 gallons (1.4 L); air source pressure 300 mmHg. Dimensions & Weight: 48” (length) x 13” (width) x 10” (depth); weight 20 lbs (9 kg).
