You know, like on paper, with envelopes and stamps?? When I was young, I wrote to my grandma who only lived two houses away and a pen pal who lived across the world in Australia!  I wrote the “Letters” Quilt Pattern as an homage to my grandma who exchanged letters with me my entire life and who taught me to quilt.
