IIIrd Tyme Out - Letter to Home

Letter to Home   (Blue Grass) By III3rd Tyme Out Very Good Condition IIIrd Tyme Out are long on talent, teamwork and the desire to play the best bluegrass possible. In only their second year as a unit they were voted Vocal Band of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA). This, their Rounder debut, perfectly captures the nuances of phrasing, balance and dynamics that distinguish IIIrd Tyme Out from other bluegrass bands. Whether it's Russell Moore's soaring high tenor, Wayne Benson's tone-perfect mandolin, Mike Hartgrove's exquisite fiddle, Steve Dilling's awesome banjo work or Ray Deaton's one-of-a-kind bass vocals, IIIrd Tyme Out complement the spirit and mood of each song to perfection. This recording will be enjoyed immensely by everyone who appreciates good music performed by outstanding artists. --adapted from the liner notes by Wayne Bledsoe A Review: My wife and I like bluegrass music and this group us outstanding. I like the melodies and the instruments I have bought several of their albums after hearing them on a gospel album and looking them up on you tube and watching some of their video's. I believe that if you like this genera of music you will like this group and this album.
