Château Lestignac produces this orange wine in South West France under the Vin de France appellation. It is made from a blend of 55% Sauvignon Gris, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% Muscadelle grown on limestone and clay soils. The grapes undergo three weeks of skin contact and ferment with indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for seven months in concrete tanks before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
