Les Fleurs de Bach Slimness Elixir Spray

Mouth spray designed to encourage self-control and detachment from "food noise" / 0.33 oz Les Fleurs de Bach Slimness Elixir Spray takes a bit of a leap of faith on a variety of levels, but hear us out. Les Fleurs de Bach / Elixirs & Co is a wonderful company based in Paris that is devoted to the preparation of the most effective Bach flower essences in the world (read about their exacting methods here). When Dara made her most recent pilgrimage to their HQ, she asked, as she always does, “What don’t we have at Ayla that you think we need?” The very first thing their team mentioned was Slimness, which currently outsells their other elixirs by a mile. So much that Dara wondered if she’d misunderstood. “Wait, you sell how much?!” It’s a fairly recent phenomenon, but their team noted that Slimness went viral in France — and people have continued to buy it. For some, it’s a welcome natural alternative to GLP-1 medications. For others, it’s a helpful tool to lean on during specific periods of time: the company's managing director, Bertrand, mentioned that he took a couple of bottles of it after realizing that he was stress-eating chocolate and cheese and could no longer fit comfortably into his clothes. “But, Bertrand,” Dara said, “You’re like a string bean.” He smiled and said, “Well, it works!” Let us be clear: the Slimness Elixir is not a medication. But we are big believers in Bach flowers and the simple fact that they help us a) figure out what’s bothering us at any given moment, and b) feel that we’re doing something to effect change. This intriguing blend, developed by our dear friend, Gérard, contains Heather, Centaury, Chicory, Rock Water, Cerato, Cherry Plum, and Vervain Bach flower essences to encourage self-control and detachment from food noise. Take 4 sprays in the mouth, anytime you need to remind yourself that you’ve got this. Available in the US exclusively at Ayla.
