Les Bijoux

A Jewel Box for Wine Aficionados Inspired by the elegance of fine jewelry and the rituals of wine tasting, Les Bijoux is more than a set of accessories—it is a celebration of grace, precision, and design. Within this refined case lie six precious tools: three bottle stoppers and three wine drip rings, each crafted to enhance the wine experience with quiet sophistication. Named after the French word for “jewels,” Les Bijoux is a tribute to the subtle gestures of the sommelier, the beauty of a bottle well served, and the delicate art of preservation. Whether hosting an intimate dinner or savoring a rare vintage alone, every moment becomes exceptional. The Art of Serving, Perfected Three adjustable wine drip rings in matte silver, gold, and pink clip gently around the neck of the bottle, absorbing any stray drops with their soft felt lining. Discreet and elegant, they protect the label and linen while adding a refined halo to the silhouette of the bottle. Alongside them, three ergonomic bottle stoppers mirror the same palette. Cast in perfectly weighted alloy, they fit comfortably in the hand and seal the bottle with a satisfying precision. Their food-grade silicone rings adapt to most bottle necks, preserving the wine’s aromas and integrity after opening. These tools are not only beautiful—they are purposeful. They bring fluidity and confidence to each pour, prolong the pleasure of tasting, and elevate the experience of wine service with quiet assurance. For Les Bijoux, I designed a case that’s minimalist and sleek on the outside to house precious pieces within. For the slots holding the stoppers and rings in place, I was inspired by the holes that winegrowers make in the soil before they plant young vines. – Margherita Matticari, Leather designer for L’Atelier du Vin A Case Crafted Like a Leather Secret The six tools are housed in a supple Italian calfskin case, selected for its natural feel and responsible tanning. The exterior leather is soft, raw, and sensual. The interior, engineered to resist wine stains, features precise compartments to cradle each tool in perfect order. A hidden, hand-sewn pocket adds a personal dimension—tuck in a favorite wine label, a handwritten note, or a business card after a memorable tasting. Handmade by skilled artisans, each case is unique. It is a piece of contemporary leather craft that echoes the elegance of a vintage watch box or a jeweler’s pouch. A Gift of Poise and Precision Les Bijoux is an invitation to share, to offer, or to cherish. It is the ideal gift for those who appreciate the details: sommeliers, collectors, and design lovers alike. It complements grand crus and young vintages with equal charm and discretion. At once poetic and functional, it encapsulates the art de vivre of L’Atelier du Vin: a lifestyle where tools become gestures, and wine becomes a story to tell.
