How to wear it Wear the pendant on its included cord to keep the stone close to your heart throughout the day, or hold it in your hand during meditation as a calming focus point. Because it's a raw, unpolished piece, handle it gently — the wire wrap secures it, but the stone itself is naturally soft. Care & cleansing Lepidolite is soft (Mohs 2.5–4) and naturally flaky, so it can shed fine mica particles or chip if knocked around — keep water contact minimal and dry it right away if it gets damp. Store it separately from harder stones or jewelry that could scratch it, and avoid ultrasonic cleaners. Frequently asked questions What is a lepidolite rough pendant and what is it used for? It's a natural, unpolished piece of raw lepidolite, wire-wrapped and worn on a cord. In crystal tradition it's associated with calm, emotional balance, and stress relief. This is a decorative/symbolic piece, not a health product or medical device. Is lepidolite water-safe? Not really — it's a soft, flaky mica that should only get minimal water exposure. If it gets damp while worn (rain, sweat), dry it right away rather than letting moisture sit. Can I wear this pendant daily, or is lepidolite fragile? It's fine for daily wear since it's secured in a wire wrap, but the stone itself is soft (Mohs 2.5–4) and can flake or chip if knocked hard against something, so treat it gently. How do I cleanse and charge lepidolite? Since water isn't ideal, try passing it through incense or sage smoke, resting it near (not on wet) selenite or quartz overnight, or simply setting an intention while holding it briefly. How can I tell if lepidolite is genuine? Genuine lepidolite has a distinctive fine, flaky, glittery mica texture with visible sheet-like layers and a soft lilac-to-lavender color — it's noticeably softer and lighter than glass or dyed imitations. What other crystals pair well with lepidolite? Lepidolite is often paired with amethyst for calm, or rose quartz for gentle emotional support. Clear quartz is a common all-purpose companion for amplifying intention.
