Lepidolite Point

Because Lepidolite naturally contains lithium, a compound used in some mood-regulating medications, it is one of the best crystals for managing worry. This lilac colored stone also connects to the third eye and crown chakras to bring soothing energy to your thoughts and mind. When you notice worry and panic on the rise, let your Lepidolite Point guide you in the right direction. The Lepidolite properties are connected to soothing an uneasy mind, which makes Lepidolite a great crystal for those nights when you just can’t seem to fall asleep. By calming you of whatever is keeping you up, a Lepidolite point helps you drift off to sleep. Due to the nature of this mineral, every piece will be unique and different. There is much variance in color, shape, formation and pattern. Check out our beginner's guide to healing crystals to learn more about different stones and their properties.
