Design Inspired by the legendary filmmaker Sergio Leone, master of the Spaghetti Western, this hat captures the duality of his world — Italian refinement with a rugged Western edge. The Leone carries that cinematic grit: made for those who wear elegance with a hint of defiance. Crafted in our new Blaze color, the tone recalls sun-scorched earth and a fistful of firelight. The Leone — a study in grit, grace, and pure character. Material 100% Western Beaver Fur Felt Hat sustainably acquired. Natural dyeing minimizes the harmful effects on the surrounding environment. Our custom hats are hand dyed by using plants and vegetables base pigments. Specifications - The pencil curl brim (4”) and hand-shaped teardrop crown (4”) bring bold proportion and timeless presence. Finished with a hand-rolled silk band, woven silk-and-cotton trim, and an Italian leather edge, it balances raw character with quiet sophistication.  - Handcrafted in our atelier in NYC.  - Please allow 6-8 weeks to custom make this special piece.
